District 16 Yearend Program

There are 2 ways to earn a yearend award. 

1. Competition points:

1. All point will be based on 1 rider/1 horse.

2. All members will need to state on which horse they want to accumulate points.

3. Members may choose to nominate more than 1 horse for yearend awards. An additional fee of $40.00 per horse must be paid prior to points counting on the extra horse(s). You may choose to ride more than 1 horse, but only have the stated original horse for the yearend program, with no additional fee.

3a. You may switch a horse one time and still retain the points you have earned and carry them over to the new horse.

4. Yearend points will allow all nominated horses to get points, even if the rider is placing more than 1 horse in a division.

5. For each member competing in yearend, you must do the following.

      a. Obtain 3 $50.00 sponsors. (Must be turned in by the May show.)

      b. Run in at least 7 shows.

      c. Volunteer to help (can be a family member or friend) at 2 shows. (you will need to report to the office as to who is helping and which duty they want, and who they are working for, or let us know what duty you would like to help with. A work roster will be available at sign-in, first-come, first-serve. 

2. Go Getters Awards & Points:

1. 10 points when you sign up a $50 Sponsor.

2. 50 Points when you sign up a $200 Sponsor (buckle).

3. 200 Points when you sign up a $600 Sponsor (Saddle)

4. 50 Points for each business link sold for our website. ($100)

5. 20 Points when you work at a show.

6. 50 Points when you sign up a new member.

7. 50 points for attending a General Meeting.

8. Points for every money spent from any sponsor as follows: (note: Receipt must be presented as proof of purchase to get points) Please, only your own receipts.

Up to a maximum of 20 points for each purchase.
